Exodus 90

Exodus 90 is a way for men to become saints.  By practicing the disciplines of prayer, fasting, and fraternity, men become free.  Free to be a man for Christ and a man for others.

While Exodus 90 often starts on a specific date (90 days before Easter Sunday), men of the parish are welcome to join the ongoing fraternity group throughout the year.  At different parts of the year there are different challenges such as Exodus Advent, Exodus Lent, or St. Michael's Lent (Summer).  Please contact Fr. Michael (pastor@stmarylowell.org) if you would like to start growing with the men who have already begun this way toward holiness.

Exodus Fraternity Group:  This meets each Saturday at Fr. Michael's rectory living room in Lowell.  Depending on whether there is a Knights of Columbus study going on, the group either meets at the following times:

No Knights Study Week:

6:30am optional Rosary

7:00pm  EFG

Knights Study Week:

5:30am optional Rosary

6:00am EFG

Exercise: One component of the disciplines is to engage in regular exercise.  While this can be planned to be done on ones own, Fr. Michael has offered to meet those free to do some incline walks/hiking 3 times a week.  In the warmer months some of this walking may be substituted with some alternate activities such as ultimate frisbee or pickleball.

NOTE:  The Exodus Fraternity group has a group chat and we regularly share and discuss things throughout the week and give updates on the week's fraternity group and exercise schedule.
